Dr. Afrouz is a California licensed naturopathic doctor with over 15 years of experience. She is passionate about health and wellness and believes that true health is inspired when we each uncover the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual elements that are at play as we engage in life to find and express our best self.
At Terra Vi, Rajan is responsible for the overall direction of the brand. Besides this new venture, Rajan has a successful multi-disciplinary track record that covers opportunistic real estate investment and development, and world class hotel operational expertise. He grew up in the hotel business and has remained involved in every aspect of the business, learning a great deal from his father via a hands-on approach.
At Terra Vi, Amit is responsible for developing efficient operating plans, labor models, budgets, and food service operations.
While overseeing the accounting division, Arun ensures that the operations are consistently being run efficiently and cost effectively in accordance with the budgets for the properties and business. He is responsible for ensuring that the various internal controls implemented are followed properly and effectively in the businesses.
Fred oversees the day-to-day operations at Terra Vi. Fred originally joined Hansji Corporation in 1997 and since then has gained expertise in all facets of hotel operations, including purchasing, information technology, preventative maintenance, quality control, brand compliance, PIP management, hotel openings/acquisitions as well as all aspects of food and beverage operations.
John manages the design, development, and construction efforts for Terra Vi. His efforts also include acquisitions, specifically finding new Terra Vi sites in iconic, awe-inspiring locations.
Kirti directs and manages Human Resources services for Terra Vi after many years as the Head People Person at Hansji Corporation.
Marie is responsible for providing strategic direction to the hospitality portfolio with emphasis on sales strategies, creative marketing, promotional ideas, and excellence in guest service.
Sal is responsible for overseeing Revenue Management for Terra Vi. He also manages market research for new and existing projects. Sal’s current focus is tracking, analyzing, and maximizing revenues and profit based on dynamic market conditions for both existing and new properties.
